This can only be done by telephone at:&nbsp;<strong>040-266 05 05<\/strong>. You&nbsp;&nbsp;cannot go without an appointment. Are you calling from abroad?&nbsp;Then call 0031-402660505.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The triage nurse will ask you a number of questions to determine the severity of your complaints.
